The hotel rooms were super nice, ideally located with ample storage space and clean. The delightful balcony with a window box of pansies added a perfect touch. However, the dining area seemed a bit cramped given the building's nature. The service was exceptional, especially the lady in the breakfast room who went out of her way to make our stay memorable. The location was superb, just a stone's throw away from St Mark's Square, providing a perfect base for exploring Venice. The dining experience, although not the best ever, was enough to start our day off right.
