The hotel offers spacious rooms on the top floor, including an extra bedroom in the attic which was fantastic for our daughter. The staff were friendly, though travelers with knee issues may need assistance due to the lack of elevator access.

The hotel rooms were super nice, ideally located with ample storage space and clean. The delightful balcony with a window box of pansies added a perfect touch. However, the dining area seemed a bit cramped given the building's nature. The service was exceptional, especially the lady in the breakfast room who went out of her way to make our stay memorable. The location was superb, just a stone's throw away from St Mark's Square, providing a perfect base for exploring Venice. The dining experience, although not the best ever, was enough to start our day off right.
